She managed and helped opened concepts for several restaurant groups across New York City, San Francisco, and Las Vegas, including the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group’s Bouchon Bakery at Rockefeller Center, as well as David Chang’s Momofuku at the Cosmopolitan, and Alain Coumont’s Le Pain Quotidien and first Le Botaniste in the US.
