Well, Calamansi Company is here to spice the menu up with some Filipino and Asian inspired fusion that will truly delight your tastebuds and step up your catering game! Whether it’s that signature Filipino BBQ you crave or an out of this world Asian Street Sandwich, you choose it, we deliver it, and everyone enjoys.

Option 2: you can book our licensed, insured mobile kitchen tent setup anywhere across florida!

Let our kitchen come to you! We have a 10×20 foot popup tent and we are equipped to show up at your location, set up, and cook your menu to order. We love this service option because it means direct contact from our chefs to your guests, and the freshest possible food. This is our recommended best catering option for a company party, large picnic, or outdoor celebration- especially with a BBQ based or sandwich menu.

We have a soft spot in our heart for local popups because that is exactly how we got our start! So far we have been at Shopapalooza, Brooksville Watermelon Festival, and we even hosted several of our our own popups. My husband and I went to a catering event that was raising funds for the hurricane relief for Helene and Milton.
This company catered the event with wonderful pork and rice dishes and lovely desserts and everything was delicious and wonderful five stars from us.

I highly recommend this caterer! The food was delicious, I recommend the Filipino Cuban Sandwich and Signature Filipino BBQ. The traditional favorites like the Chicken Adobo, Bistek Tagalog, and Pancit Canton were very flavorful and delicious. The staff was very warm, friendly, and accommodating. Please hire them for all your catering needs!
