The Party of the Year was a SPECTACULAR 3 hour celebration for 300 guests at the Floridian Social – It was also our first ever catering event presenting our full service mobile food truck catering company to the local community in St Pete.
We were honored to be invited by Ester Venouziou to cater the event and immediately put together a custom menu back in June.

With months to perfect each dish, we held a small tasting with Ester and Michele Northrup of Saucy Queen and the Intensity Academy a week out to the party. Thanks to their feedback we locked in on a 6 course passed appetizer spread that was sure to wow our guests!

When the week of the event finally rolled around, it was time to assemble our team. We could not have been blessed with a better group of individuals.
